Stable

The main KPI on the industry. The board it is made with the same process and raw material mix to deliver the same quality day after day. We have achieved a very homogenous product to deliver a very high level of stability.

Smooth

The outer layers are carefully produced to deliver a perfectly smooth surface. Our expert staff have designed a level of smoothness aligned with the customers expectations. We are always working to improve the surface of our product.

Flat

Exceptional flat properties allow maximum flatness and avoid any warping episodes.

Reliable

Shorter fibers and control over the production process assure superior warp resistance.

Pulp

Pulp
treatment

We only use 100% recycled raw materials. The mix of raw materials comes from various sources such as newspapers, mixed papers, old corrugated containers and chipboards.
The raw materials are continuously fed to 3 pulpers that feed our 2 board machines. We have in place a stock preparation system that produces the finest pulp. All this process it is aligned with the best industry quality standards and is environmentally sustainable.

The pulp is dewatered in a Fourdrinier, followed by a press section and a dryer section. The continuous sheet is subsequently fed to the board making machine where it is laminated with the two outer face layers, forming the graphic board. Later, the sheet is cut to the customer requirements.

The outer face layers are made with a smoother finish on the surface to achieve the required specifications. The outer layers are then laminated to the middle layer, creating our three layer graphic board.

The sheets from the graphic board machine can be further sized into smaller sheets. The converting department has nine rotary slitters to ensure a perfect cut and the highest level of accuracy. Our tolerances are amongst the lowest in the industry. We also provide grooved board and round corner cut.
